Hybridity raises 23 million SEK to automate compliance with AI
The AI company Hybridity, founded in 2023 to automate regulatory compliance through AI, has closed a seed round, securing 23 million SEK in funding. The investment is led by Stefan Lennhammer, Chairman of Vionlabs and former Chairman of Truecaller, who will also join as the company's Chairman of the Board.
The capital will be used to launch the platform, onboard new customers, and meet the growing demand. At the same time, the company will expand the platform’s functionality by incorporating additional regulations and enabling more workflows—creating a more comprehensive and automated compliance solution.
Hybridity’s platform is built on proprietary AI technology for advanced indexing and agent-based analysis. It can automatically review contracts to ensure compliance with regulations such as CSRD, DORA, NIS2, GDPR, and SFDR, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and generate action lists. The platform can also automate CSRD reporting and conduct GAP analyses, guiding companies in their compliance efforts. Additionally, it ensures that policy documents remain up to date and can generate AI-based handbooks from existing governance documents.

The investors include high-profile figures from the financial sector as well as angel investors from Palantir Technologies, Dreams, and Yubico. A key goal of this funding round is to establish Hybridity as the leading European provider of automated compliance solutions, both technically and commercially.
