I spent years building AI language models. One of them, GPT-SW3, was among the first large Nordic models. It was technically strong, but it ran straight into a wall of regulatory complexity — copyright, data governance, compliance questions that had no clear operational answers.
That experience taught me something. AI doesn't fail because the models aren't good enough. It fails because organisations don't have the structure to use it responsibly.
