Magnus Sahlgren Appointed CEO of Hybridity AI
Magnus Sahlgren, Head of Research for Language Technologies (NLU) at AI Sweden and one of Europe's most established voices in artificial intelligence, joined Hybridity as CEO on February 1. The company streamlines regulatory compliance through advanced AI technology and sophisticated agent architectures.

Magnus Sahlgren brings over 20 years of experience in AI research, language technology, and applied machine learning. In addition to his role at AI Sweden, he has served as an advisor to the European Commission on matters relating to compliance automation and cybersecurity, with a focus on how advanced AI can be used to meet regulatory requirements effectively and reliably. Hybridity AI has developed HY5, a platform for AI-driven compliance that automates workflows to reduce manual effort, free up time, and strengthen regulatory adherence. The platform is particularly suited for managing extensive and complex EU regulations, while also enabling organizations to consolidate and manage internal policies, guidelines, and governance documents within a single system.
