Collections are structured folders where you can easily upload and organise your documents. The platform automatically gives you a clear and controlled environment to manage your files.

Once your documents are organised in a Collection, you can apply Modules to analyse them – running checks and reviews based on regulations, standards, or internal policies.

With this release, you can now run reviews against multiple regulations at the same time. This means your items can be checked across several Modules in parallel, helping you ensure compliance with all relevant frameworks in a single workflow.

Extract any data from your items

You can now add custom queries to your reviews to extract exactly the data you need from your documents.

Whether it’s contract end dates, named parties, contradictions, or other key details, you can structure your queries to pull out the information that matters most – turning your documents into searchable, actionable data.

This gives you even more flexibility to work with your files, beyond compliance checks.

Share results and distribute approval processes within your team

One of our core principles when working with generative AI is ensuring there’s always a human in control. With this release, we’re introducing an approval workflow that helps you do exactly that.

Owners of documents can now assign team members to review and approve each row of a Collection before it’s sent off to audit. You can also override the AI’s result whenever needed to reflect your own judgement and expertise.
